The specialised press call it ‘one of the worst kept secrets in the area’ – and with good reason. The ‘bistronomic’ is a favourite haunt of the local inhabitants but also welcomes an extremely cosmopolitan clientele. But it is in no way a standard tourist trap. Be they American or Japanese, Brazilian or Brits, none of them arrives here by luck - they have all received the good news by word of mouth before getting to Paris.
The restaurant welcomes them all as if they were locals, in French, English or Japanese. Loïc Ferry and his team, who manage the dining room, will get your mouth watering as they describe each dish for you, and ensure that your experience of the Epi Dupin is a memorable one.
With its cosy, friendly, atmosphere and original cuisine, allied to that feeling that no-one else will find the place, it is a very special environment for those who love good cooking. |
